HATHA FLOW YOGA
- Our Langley yoga classes provides a series of stretches that are flowed together to encourage flexibility and stability.
- You will focus on the large muscle groups that commonly hold stress such as hips, lower back, and shoulders.
- This sequence is designed to release tension and teach the fundamentals of yoga leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed after every class. This is a great form of yoga for both beginners and advanced yogis!
WHO WE ARE
LVFiT is founded by 2 fitness professionals who saw an opening in the group fitness scene to create a workout experience incorporating boxing, strength training, and yoga to help people find their love of fitness and live fit.
All memberships at LVFIT include access to both strength training and boxing sessions and our yoga classes.
