WHO WE ARE
Nadine’s career in the health and fitness industry started in 1991 where she began developing and training team members on how to give live talks on the importance of healthy eating and supplementation. Since then she has amassed over 500 hours in Hatha Yoga with SOYA and an additional 200 hours in specialty training. Yin Yoga has been the heart of her practice and she has been teaching alignment-based yin for the past 10 years in her Merritt based studio Tree of Life Yoga. Since relocating to the lower mainland, Nadine’s focus has been on her family of 6, teaching part time, and authoring her 5th book under her pen name N.M. McGregor.
