THE WORKOUT
Combining inspirational coaching with high energy hip hop music, each 50 minute LVFiT workout is your 1 stop shop to torching calories, improving coordination, strengthening, and lengthening your body, while empowering your mind!
We start each session with a 7 minute warmup called the RAMP UP! (Range of motviation, Activation, Movement, Prep).
After that, you’ll spend half the workout with our special tear-drop style, water-filled bags working on core and conditioning and the other half doing strength training with dumbbells, trx, body-weight exercises, and more!
The energy is contagious and the vibe is 100% supportive there to help you achieve your fitness and fat loss goals. No experience is necessary and the workouts are appropriate for all levels and abilities.
You are provided with a pair of gloves while you are with us for your 2 week trial to use during your sessions.
After that, gloves are available for rent ($3) or for purchase at our front desk for $60. If you have your own, you’re more than welcome to use yours.
When you purchase a monthly membership you’ll get a one time 50% off offer on our signature LVFiT boxing gloves!
For your safety, we require wraps in our studio. Wraps help protect your knuckles, hands and wrists when you are punching our bags. In order to maximize your comfort and minimize your setup time, we offer LVFiT quick wraps complimentary with your membership purchase. These are great, as they only take seconds to slip on and wrap your wrist. They are yours to keep and machine washable. Be sure to bring them with you for every workout. If you ever need a new pair, they are available to purchase for $19.99.
Our workouts are beginner friendly and designed to allow everyone to workout at their own pace with exercises appropriate for them. We go over the 6 punches in our RAMP UP in every workout, and our caring and professional personal trainers will be there to help coach you throughout the session!
Our workouts are specifically designed for everyone no matter what your experience! If you can move, you can get a safe and effective workout with us. Our certified personal trainers offer modifications for many of the exercises we do in the workouts, so you’ll have options, so that you can work your hardest without worrying about difficulty or injury.
Minimum age is 14 years.

After your 2 week trial, you must select a membership option in order to workout in the studio with discounts for committing to longer timeframes. If you want results, we want to help deliver them, and results take consistency and time.
Our schedule always offers a 7 day look ahead. To reserve your spot, just click on the schedule and follow the instructions. In order to reserve your spot, you must have an active membership. From there, just click on the time you want. If a class is full, put yourself on the waitlist. If a spot opens up in that session, you’ll be placed into the class and notified via email.
As soon as a spot has opened up for you, you will be notified by email.
Yes that is totally cool, as long as you cancel 2 hours in advance of the session. That gives us enough time to give someone else your spot if they are on the waitlist. BOXING QUESTIONS
Along with being incredibly fun and great for stress relief. Boxing is great for burning calories and fat while increasing muscle tone and conditioning. It also improves power, core stability, strength, and hand-eye coordination.
Yes, boxing will build lean muscle-mass and tone your entire body. The combination of boxing and strength training will allow you to burn calories without bulking up (and thus why it is a hit with models).
Yes! Boxing burns massive calories and helps in putting on lean muscle. When combined with LVFiT’s LIFT component your body will become a fat burning machine!
LIFTING QUESTIONS
The type of training that creates lean muscles, burns fat, and increases your metabolism! We utilize dumbbells to create an external load to compound movements such as squats, presses and lunges. We use the TRX suspension trainer to challenge everyone at an angle that works for them. We utilize isometric holds, eccentric tempos, you name it. If it’s effective and scalable for all levels, you’ll see it at LV.
We are capable of modifying the workout for you so that you can work your hardest without being concerned with pain derived from injury. Of course, our expert personal training staff, will be able to help you navigate the exercises with cues and adjustments.
No, making poor nutrition choices makes you bulky! Strength training with focus on progressively lifting heavier weight week to week will build metabolism revving fat burning lean muscle!
We’ve trained many members within a week of giving birth, but this question is better suited for your physician. Of course, modifications can be provided.
