At LVFiT we schedule sessions in advance. This helps you to plan and prioritize your fitness. We suggest planning a time each week or everyday to schedule in your workouts, then protect that time slot fiercely.

  • You have to prioritize your workouts so that they don’t get pushed aside by the rest of your busy life.
  • The magic is in the consistency and the habit is more important than the intensity.

2. THEY DON’T REMEMBER THEIR WHY
What motivated you to visit our website in the first place? If you have a clear and powerful WHY (live longer, look better, be a good role model for your partner or kids, etc.), you’ll withstand any HOW. Make your WHY your phone screen saver or weekly pop-up calendar reminder, then visualize and emotionalize achieving that goal. If you do this everyday for the next year, you’ll begin to rewire your brain with what you believe you can achieve.
